During daylight saving time, observed from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October, Latvia switches to Eastern European Summer Time (EEST), which is UTC+3.
All of Latvia follows the same timezone. Major cities including Riga, Daugavpils, and Liepāja all observe the same time. Latvia shares its timezone with the other Baltic states and Finland.
